Request a Donation

As a home-grown Nebraska brewery, we love being involved in the community. That includes donating to a number of local and national nonprofit organizations. Have an organization you’d like us to contribute to? Fill out a donations request form below! We cannot guarantee we’re able to fulfill every request, but we promise that we read and evaluate each one. We appreciate the time you take in submitting them.

Guidelines

Lazlo’s Brewery & Grill, Empyrean Brewing Co.®, and FireWorks Restaurant are able to donate gift cards, gift baskets, food, beverages, merchandise and meeting space to nonprofit organizations. We do not provide sponsorships, scholarships or monetary (cash) donations.

Requests will be accepted only through the online application form below.

All fields must be completed on this form. If a question does not apply, simply enter “does not apply” or “N/A.” Leaving a field blank will prevent the form from submitting.

Requesting organizations that are 501(c)3 nonprofits or equivalent will receive priority consideration.
It is preferred that the event location or charity is local to the Lincoln and Omaha areas.

Requests must be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to the scheduled event date/date of need.
