We’ve selected our favorite Guatemalan cacao-nibs and had them roasted to our specification by our friends at Sweet Minou. Taking extra care, we caramelize malt sugars in our kettle and add cacao and sea salt to the finished beer. Dark, roasted chocolate with hints of caramel and salt makes this stout is meant for session drinking while still holding up to your favorite dessert.
