Grapefruit Pale Ale

Late summer heat calls for the refreshing character of a fully juiced pale ale. Grapefruit puree is added to this ale during fermentation giving it a juice-like body while careful dry hopping with Nebraska Centennial and German Mandarina hops rounds out the citrus balances out the sweet.
